We would like to introduce ourselves. We are sociable, unconventional and think along with our customers. We don't think inside the box, but prefer to look for practical solutions that really work. A lot is possible with us, and we believe in cooperation and customization to achieve the best result. And always with a smile.
MSI-ACI Europe was founded in 2005 by André and Rodney. We often just abbreviate the name with MSI! From an Amsterdam company with approx. 6 employees, the company has now grown internationally. In addition to the company in Amsterdam, Schiphol, there are now also branches in Belgrade and London. And the close-knit team that started 20 years ago is still there!
Our team is diverse, enthusiastic and each has their own expertise in market research. We think cosiness in the office is very important. There is always a relaxed atmosphere and this is reflected in our services.
We work for many different types of customers. We conduct research for large media agencies, universities but also help with smaller projects. We don't just do this in the Netherlands! We are internationally active and conduct research in many different countries. For example, we have also built up a panel in Africa.

We think that market research should be a bit more accessible. People quickly have the impression that research is difficult, time-consuming and a hassle. Through our flexible working method, we want to keep research fast, accessible and easy. We do this by always thinking along with customers, keeping up the speed and adapting where necessary. Fortunately, we always hear from our customers that this is one of the big reasons to choose us.
