MSI-ACI Europe was founded in 2005 by André and Rodney. We usually just abbreviate the name to MSI. We started with a handful of people at Schiphol and grew into an international agency, with branches in Belgrade and London. And the close-knit team of the past? It is still there 20 years later.
Our team is diverse and enthusiastic, and everyone has their own expertise in market research. We think that conviviality at the office is just as important. You can feel that relaxed atmosphere in how we work with you.
We work for many different types of customers. We conduct research for large media agencies, universities but also help with smaller projects. We don't just do this in the Netherlands! We are internationally active and conduct research in many different countries. For example, we have also built up a panel in Africa.
