History

MSI-ACI Europe was founded in 2005 by André and Rodney. We usually just shorten the name to MSI. We started with a handful of people at Schiphol and grew into an international agency, with offices in Belgrade and London. And that close-knit team from the early days? It's still here, 20 years later.

Our team

Our team is diverse and enthusiastic, and everyone has their own expertise in market research. A good vibe at the office is just as important to us. You'll notice that relaxed atmosphere in how we work with you.

Our (international) clients

We work for many different types of clients. We conduct research for large media agencies and universities, but also help with smaller projects. And not just in the Netherlands! We are active internationally and conduct research in many different countries. For example, we have also built our own panel in Africa.

In fact, everyone is welcome!

How we work

Research could be a bit more accessible. Many people think research is difficult, time-consuming and a hassle. We prove the opposite: flexible, fast and easy.
